International engagement at Bretagne INP
Every year, students, lecturers, researchers and staff contribute to this dynamic by building lasting collaborations, sharing their experiences and helping to raise Bretagne INP’s profile at European and international level.
International engagement lies at the heart of Bretagne INP’s mission. Through its degree programmes, academic and scientific partnership, mobility schemes and the hosting of students from all over the world, the institution fosters a learning environment that is open to the world and connected to major international issues.
International Policy
Bretagne INP’s international strategy aims to enhance the quality of its courses, develop academic and scientific cooperation, and promote the mobility of students and staff. It is underpinned by an international vision based on exchange, innovation and the building of sustainable partnerships.
The internationalisation of degree programmes, welcoming international students and participating in collaborative projects are key drivers in preparing graduates to thrive in a globalised professional environment.
Partners
Bretagne INP is developing a network of academic and institutional partners around the world. These partnerships enable the organisation of student exchanges, dual degree programmes, educational projects and scientific collaborations.
At a local level, the institution also works with local stakeholders to support the integration of international students and enhance the appeal of Brest as a study destination. At an international level, these partnerships contribute to Bretagne INP’s global reputation and its integration into major higher education networks.
Support for mobility
Bretagne INP supports students in preparing their international mobility projects. Teams from the three schools provide personalised support with choosing a destination, completing administrative procedures and developing an academic or professional plan.
To make mobility opportunities accessible to as many students as possible, various funding schemes are available, notable through Erasmus+, the FITEC programmes or specific grants for international mobility.
Studying at Bretagne INP
Every year, Bretagne INP welcomes international students to its engineering and management school. Students can undertake exchange programmes, dual degree programmes or degree courses in a variety of fields, ranging from engineering to biotechnology and management.
To help them prepare for their arrival, they are provided with information and support regarding accommodation, insurance, administrative procedures, inclusion and student life. This support ensures that everyone can settle in as smoothly as possible and make the most of their experience in Bretagne.
